What is your return policy?
All sales are final, because they are all custom printed to order. If your order is damaged during shipping or printed wrong, we are happy to replace it, but you MUST notify us within 5 days of order delivery via email, to let us know. If you do not notify us within 5 days, we cannot reprint or replace. We do not offer refunds or returns. If you change your mind about your purchase or make an order error we cannot edit it, so please make sure you double check your order before submitting.
We offer monthly sales & discounts & occasional tester sales. Discounts are only available on items that are listed in the discount. Discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted items. Discount codes are only good for the period listed on the sale.
Do you offer custom designs?
We are happy to chat about any designs that you have in mind. Please note that if you do enlist us to make your idea come to life, that there isn't any royalty paid to you or fees for your ideas. We have copyright of any designs that we create for you from scratch, and a lot of time is invested in something like this. We cannot give you exclusivity or assign you any rights to a design where you have given us a design "idea" or inspiration. We cannot guarantee that we can create your vision, but if we can take on the challenge we will let you know.

What are shipping charges?
Shipping will be calculated at check out. Additional shipping charges may apply and be invoiced for large format mat floors 6x8 and larger. There is additional shipping required for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO or international. Please email us for a shipping quote. [email protected]
Can I cancel an order after I place it?
Due to our production & print process, once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled or modified, as we send them off to print right away. Sorry!
When will I receive my order?
Our normal production time for VINYL backdrops is 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Our average production time for FABRIC is approximately 1-2 weeks. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but add any shipping times, onto the production times above.
Can I rush my backdrop and receive it faster than the times listed above?
If you need a backdrop FAST, we do recommend ordering a vinyl backdrop, as they ship very quickly, or selecting something from our ready to ship selection. If needing a fabric order expedited, please reach out to see if we are able to accommodate. [email protected]
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated for Canada customers only. Shipping for other countries will be calculated & charged AFTER the order is packed. Please let email us for questions. Please note that shipping prices paid do not include VAT or duties & additional moneys might be required at time of delivery.

Fabric Backdrops - they are meant to last for many years in your studio! Our fabric drops are machine washable - but be sure to use cold water and dry on delicate cycle of tumble dry on low. You may have slight wrinkles in your drop upon receipt, or after your drop being folded for storage. Its super easy to get any slight wrinkles out - just toss the drop in the dryer on low for 5-10 minutes, or use a steamer! Do not dry clean your drop or iron it!
Hanging Fabric Backdrops - our fabric drops can be hung from a backdrop stand with clamps. Or pinned to a wall. Or with a magnet system (more on this soon!).
Will the color on my screen be exactly what I get?
Due to different computer monitor outputs, calibrations and photo editing, we cannot guarantee color matching. We do not offer refunds for color variations as it is to be somewhat expected for printed products. Please contact us if you have any questions!
